It is said that the true strength of therapy is the relationship built between practitioner and client. With a practice rooted in a trauma-informed lens, I am an eclectic practitioner, experienced at building relationships with diverse groups of people seeking healing. Most recently I have been working with those experiencing the crisis and trauma of homelessness. Likewise, I have worked with Veterans, Indigenous community members, elders, women and adolescents. Overall, my work has focused on facilitating healing from experiences of direct and intergenerational trauma, and life stressors which impact wellness. In addition, I have interest in working with the rising number of folks who are experiencing mental health challenges related to global concerns.

It is difficult to look to the future when you are worried about the future of the Earth. Issues that impact the planet unavoidably impact the people who live on it. From living through a Pandemic, to climate change, our global relationship is increasingly recognized as contributing to loss of community and culture, increases in anxiety, depression, PTSD and substance use. If overwhelm, stress and anxiety are affecting your life, it’s important to talk to someone.
