I specialize in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, difficult life transitions, and self-esteem issues. Together, we will explore your experiences, recognize patterns, and gain insights to help you cultivate a more empowered and authentic self.
I bring experience working with older adolescents and adults in educational and counseling environments, and my approach is holistic, strengths-based, and client-centered. I will tailor therapeutic techniques to your unique situation -- including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness.
