Welcome! I received my BS in Secondary English/ Communications Education from Penn State University in 1998 and a MA in Counseling Psychology from Regis University in 2006. I have over 20 years of experience as an educator and counselor. My professional background includes working with adults, children and families in a variety of community mental health settings in Denver, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the Greater Portland, Maine Area. I founded StonyCreek in September 2020, and its name pays homage to my roots in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The StonyCreek River in Johnstown has experienced devastating flood and loss of life in it's long history and continues to flow as a symbol of renewal, hope and resilience today.
